Payment
We accept credit card payment via PayPal, as well as personal checks and money order.
If you are sending a check or money order, please e-mail us and let us know what you would like to order so that we can get started on it.
You can also phone us to place an order. Please call David at 718.809.1698 Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm.
Shipping
Since we are a two person operation and we make everything ourselves, most orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days.
Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks. Occasionally we are busy working on deadlines for various shows or traveling. If this happens, we will notify you to let you know of the delay.
Shipping is $5.00 (add $1.00 for each additional item) within the US by First Class Mail (about 2-9 days) and also includes delivery confirmation. We charge $8.00 (add $1.00 for each additional item) for international shipping, which typically takes 7-10 days on average to arrive. Please note international shipping times vary by destination. We will send an e-mail to let you know that your item(s) have shipped out.
Returns
Please let us know if you are not happy with your order for any reason. We accept returns or exchanges on unused merchandise within 30 days or by special arrangement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order.
