BANG got to interview Reggae and Dancehall artist Bay-C.

Bay-C is the bass vocalist for the group T.O.K and a solo artist and music producer. T.O.K formed as a quartet in a school choir and once recognised in the industry, they started a collective label called X.C.A.R.

While being part of this group, Bay-C elevated his solo career. He has worked with the likes of Christoper Ellis in his single ‘Don’t Change Your Number.’

Bay-C is supposed to release his EP ‘Long Live Jamaica’ on his label Bombrush Records and single ‘Bombrush Affiliate’ which has artists like Warlord, Bounty Killa and many more.

Bay-C gave a few words of motivation to any aspiring musician, regardless is you like reggae, dancehall or rnb and hip hop.

• Be sure this is what you want to do
• Take constructive criticism
• Educate yourself about music and entirety
• Learn a musical instrument
• Don’t let anyone say you can’t do it

Something you wouldn’t know about Bay-C is that he is BRITISH. You would never expect that!
